Copper re-pipe

Too many plumbers are surprised when I ask about bonding when they do a re-pipe. It makes me think that inspectors are missing that. They reply "What do I know about the Elec. code". In some cases, not a lot.

All you guests really are missing out. Some of these pictures are a hoot.

Have you seen the price of copper lately??!! Its a wunder you even see any at the service riser and stub outs......
 
If you put copper in a house here It would be stolen before you could drywall over it! We already have problems with HVAC refrigerant lines and romex being cut out of houses in the middle of the night.
