We're doing an addition to a country club in Wisconsin. 99% of our projects are workplace interiors, so I'm not very familiar with the country club occupancy classification for my plumbing calcs. So, from table 2902.1, I'm looking at A-2 (restaurants, banquet halls, etc.) which asks for 1 WC per 75 occs. each gender. instead of the above category (bars, taverns, dance halls, etc.). Which requires 1 WC per 40 occupants. But I'm questioning myself. Is A-2 (restaurants, banquet halls the correct classification?

Thank you!

If you are asking whether a dining & drinking establishment would be an A2 @ 75 or an A2 @ 40 I try to determine whether food or booze is the primary driver of the occupant loads. Looks like your floor plan has both. I would consider both factors, but yours would likely be mostly fall under the 75 factor I think, with the bar likely not having a lot of impact on it.

Kitchen and storage get done at 200 OL gross, most of your dining is 15 net, the bar is negotiable.....And then they all get done at their own factors...
