Crosswalks to self-service fuel dispensers required?

2010 ADASAD requires at least one service station (1) self-service fuel dispenser to be accessible:

1. Does the accessible route (crossing the vehicular way) from the dispenser to the cashier/min-mart have to be marked?
2. Are detectable warnings required at the beginning and end of the accessible route, or not?

As to hazardous, are the drive aisles of service stations hazardous?

Hazardous Speed per fed highway admin is over 25 MPH. But if someone speeds off of the side street they may enter at over 25 mph.

Working on a GAS station review that shows the accessible areas and the routes to the buildings entrance doors hatched on the plan. I'm pretty sure there will be no yellow brick painted road required. But there is a plan to meet the ADA required grade from the designated pump area. This set has four sheets of ADA plans to meet the requirements.

Help from a "Man who draws," what's the average cost per sheet?
