Dear Chief that new fire boat did not work

"Oakwood Fire Chief, Kenny Thomas, received a phone call from some of his firefighters around 11:30AM, when the fire truck they were using rolled into the near by river. Chief Thomas says his crew was down by the river testing equipment that failed the night before."

Somehow, my first thought is that the problem isn't with the equipment.

the crew was down at the river once again testing the catfishing poles that didn't work the night before. might i suggest chicken livers?

Ssometimes we had trouble drafting if we tried to lift the water too high. By reducing the suction height did they get the suction problem fixed?
