Warewashing sink with a 15 inch deep bowl mounted with its rim at 30 inches AFF results in the bottom of the sink basin approximately 15 inches above the floor creating unhappy employees. Thoughts?

why would it be mounted at 30"? 34" would be the accessible height, but this is an employee worstation it sounds so that would not be necessary. 36" would be a common base cabinet sink mounting height

Agree with JPohling... why was the sink mounted this low to begin with?
