The ground conductor run with a feeder to say a disconnect for a motor is the Equipment Ground Conductor. The Ground conductor from that disconnect to the motor is the Equipment Bonding Jumper? i.e. if that's correct, would it be incorrect to refer to it as the Equipment Ground?

Thanks,

Mike

In both cases the conductor you describe is an EGC. An equipment bonding jumper merely connects portions of an EGC.

Bonding Jumper, Equipment. The connection between two or more portions of the equipment grounding conductor.
