Deleting messages?

I received this message this AM but I can't fiqure out how to delete messages. Help

To ensure that you do not reach 100% of your allowed messages, you should consider archiving or deleting some of your messages. Please visit this page to do so:

Go to "My Profile"

Click on the tab "Private Messages"

Check the messages you want to delete

Then scroll down and click on the drop down box "Selected Messages"

Click the "Delete" button.

Then click on "Proceed"

That should take care of you.
