I enjoy the free samples one can eat while shopping in a big box store but what are the groups' thoughts regarding the production of grease and smoke (tiny amounts I'll admit) without a nearby fire extinguisher and/or exhaust hood?

Normally

short term

not cooking up a big meal

there should be a fire extinguisher near by

have not seen a problem, except the bad food they serve
