Determining Exit Path

Hello all,
I have a salon client that wants to maximize the number of treatment rooms in an proposed tenant build-out. We have under 49 occupants in this B occupancy so one exit is allowed. This building is sprinklered so the max path of travel is 100 feet. Client says it should be the direct path which would be under the 100 foot max. I think it needs to consider the the dead-end as customers have no familiarity with the exit location. If you consider the possibility of someone exiting down the dead-end and having to turn back it is over 100 feet. See attached sketch.
Am I over thinking this? Your opinions would be appreciated.

Yes overthinking. What is the travel distance from the upper left corner of treatment 111 to the exit door. less than 100? if not it
looks like there is another exit available thru treatment 111 as long as the door to treatment will remain unlocked. that would be your second exit
