Did you know that in Section R315 of the 2024 IRC, sleeping lofts in dwelling units or sleeping units must comply with specific code modifications outlined in Sections R315.2 through R315.5, and that these sleeping lofts are considered part of the story below without contributing to the total number of stories regulated by the code?
