Disaster housing

Imagine the inspections you can complete by living onsite. Better yet, for the inspectors that deal with Extreme Makeover, maybe this will last longer than one of the Makeover homes:)

Yes, I was looking for information / resources regarding "post disaster" type

housing.

The person that was asking has located / formulated a business model to

pursue this endeavor.

Are they constructed / rated to withstand & survive high seismic / wind
