Does an elevator machinery room need Title 24 compliance forms for Air-conditioning?

Does an elevator machinery room still need a non res california title 24 compliance forms (NRCC-MCH-E)?

I believe it falls in the category like a computer room wherein we provide HVAC based on the load of the hoisting motors.
