Dryer Vent Penetration Through a Fire-Rated Roof

Question:
What are the protection requirements for a dryer vent penetrating a fire-rated roof?

Details:
In a residential setting, a dryer on the top floor vents directly through a 1-hour fire-rated concrete roof using a 4-inch steel duct wrapped in a 1-hour fire-rated duct wrap. The duct passes through the roof without a fire damper.
