You as the AHJ can except what you want, CE however is not a national reconized testing lab. It would have to be UL, CSA, MEt or another of the NRTL for me

Fire Pump motors are not required to have a UL label.

NFPA 20

9.5.1.3 Motors used with variable speed controllers shall additionally meet the applicable requirements of NEMA MG-1, Motors and Generators, Part 31 and shall be marked for inverter duty.
