Here is one that is often overlooked:
408.3(F)(1) High-Leg Identification. A switchboard, switchgear, or
panelboard containing a 4-wire, delta-connected system where
the midpoint of one phase winding is grounded shall be legibly
and permanently field marked as follows:
“Caution _____ Phase Has _____ Volts to Ground”
