Electrical room rating requirements

Where do I find the requirements for electrical rooms to be rated? I have in my mind normal electrical rooms need to be 1 hour and emergency need to be 2 hours.?

In the NEC. Per the 2014 edition (the only one I have references for), which is referenced by the 2015 IBC:
  • Section 110.31(A)(1) for electrical equipment vaults
  • Section 450.21(B) for transformer rooms
  • Section 695.6(A)(2) for fire pump feeder circuits
  • Section 695.14(F) for generator control wiring
  • Section 700.10(D)(1) and (2) for emergency power source feeder circuits and equipment
  • Section 700.12 for emergency power sources
  • Section 708.20 for emergency power sources for critical operations
  • Sections 708.10(C) and 708.11(B) for critical operations feeder circuits and equipment
