Energy efficiency % difference 06 to 09 in Zone 5B

Does anyone know the energy efficiency % difference for 06 to 09 IECC?

If so what is the source of the comparison?

• ‘09 Code is ~15% more stringent than ‘06 version

• ‘12 Code is ~30% more stringent than ‘06 version

• ‘15 Code target is 50% > than ‘06 version
