Today I notice that a newly installed FDC has the wrong threads. Being the nice guy that I am, I stop to let the building owner know so that he can make the necessary change. I look inside, it is a lawyer's office, and notice his office has moved. WTF? He then come down from the upstairs apartment and says he is now using that space as his office.....and that he installed a staff kitchen in the basement....he figures if he sprinkled the building, he can do whatever he wants now. ADA who?

LOL. I love my job. Kicker is, this lawyer is the Chairman of our Industrial Development Board...haha

Should be fun! Look for my name in the papers.
