Exhaust on electrical rooms

The exhaust is usually sized to remove excess heat from transformers, etc.

Is this in the NEC? Can't find in the IMC. I can only find IMC 406.1 Ventilation of Uninhabited Spaces which is min. .02 cfm/ft2.
