Hi all. I am working on a commercial TI project (dental office). There is a medical gas closet that is located on a demising wall (we don't know if exist assembly is fully compliant). Anyway, med gas closet walls are required to be 1-HR rated. Any thoughts on what can be done to the demising wall to make it 1HR rated? Thanks!

Demising wall is between tenant spaces? Without opening the wall to see what is there, it's hard to recommend a system. Was the demising wall built recently and inspected, or not?

You always have the option to build another wall inside the demising wall for your med gas closet.
