Experience with iWorQ Permitting Software

Does anyone have any experience with iWorQ permitting software? I have one friend that has integrated it into his municipality and loves it. One of the municipalities I work with is evaluating it. From what I have looked at so far, this appears to be the best option. Thoughts or Experiences?
