Hi,
I am working on a long apartment building. The site slopes. Please see the plan below. The ground floor is flat which has an accessible route to very exit. My questions are:
1. Do I need an exterior accessible walkway to connect all required exits? The main entrance is also a required exit.
2. The building is separated to two buildings by an area separation wall. I have an accessible route from the main entrance in building A to street sidewalk. Do I need an accessible route from the entrance in building B to the street sidewalk?

Thank you very much!

You should have an accessible route from Bldg. B to Hillcrest Ave. if there is a bus line on this road.

It's best to split up the accessible parking to have a couple spaces near each building entrance.

You need an accessible route between buildings if there isn't an interior accessible route.

The exits don't all need to "connect", but should provide access to a public way or safe dispersal area...
Thank you!

If there are two entrances (one to each building), both need to be accessible. As Paul Sweet commented, each entrance should have accessible parking spaces serving it.
