Section 603.1 allows fire-retardant-treated wood in nonbearing partitions where the required fire-resistance rating is 2 hours or less...

Is this section allowing fire retardant treated wood for the wall framing, plywood sheathing or both in a non-bearing wall in a Type I or II building?
