A "greenery" contractor has shown up wanting to use this form. According to the manufacturer there is an old ICBO report on this product but not an ES report. My main concern is seismic and alternated bracing connectors that are typically used in my area due to us being in a D1 zone

Does anyone have any experience with these forms or a copy of the ICBO report
