No good, I just searched myself for certifications I know I have and it turned up no results....

Put my last name and state in... my results came up just fine.

I've used this page for years, particularly to verify SI working within our AHJ.
I tried again as you described, still nothing.

On a hunch I signed in and it all came up. I guess that's good for people to know, if you want to search, you'll have to sign in/sign up.

The red ones were obtained by examination in 1996. The rest showed up after selective training administered by ICBO and later ICC. The state got involved somehow and now there's a bunch of California specific code certs. ICBO/ICC gifted me with a combination inspector cert(s) based on my having a bunch already.

Note that there are two Plumbing. In 1996 there was a contest between ICBO and IAPMO. IAPMO was miffed that ICBO offered a plumbing certification so most new inspectors had both.

Six grew to twenty-two. The CEU load that's required is more than I will come up with on 1/9/25.

I show you this to demonstrate the facts about a raft of certifications. I could sleep through the training and come away with the California Certifications. California doubled down with residential and commercial categories. The Combination Certifications are redundant.

The six in red are the only certifications that matter.... The rest are decoration. Other places will have other facts.
