Okay, so I know the governmental agencies are having to cut back but when I saw this in my parking structure I just had to take a picture.

From the front, it's an old Honda Insight, a hybrid

Someone with a great sense of humor......kinda like when I stuck my powerstroke diesel V8 emblems on my girlfriend's RAV4......boy the questions you get!
