Animal rights group PETA tweeted Thursday that the aquarium became a “death trap” for the fish housed in it. “This man-made tragedy shows that aquariums are not a safe place for fish and other marine life," they wrote.
 
PETA is concerned about fish. We treat fish with the same compassion we show hotdogs. After being caught fish suffocate or just get cut into pieces.

I've got no problem with catch-and-kill-and-eat. As for myself, I'm a fly fisherman, and I do a lot of catch-and-release with barbless hooks, bring them to the net quickly, keep them mostly in the water while removing the hook. That's mostly because I want another chance to catch them again, and we have a scarcity of wild trout in So Cal.
That makes an easy target for satire:
