I'm calculating the occupant load for a fitness center remodel project in FL. The calculations are between 49-52 depending on defining the net areas (exercise space, offices, lobby etc..) vs gross area calculations.
Are there any design disadvantages for Occupant load becoming 50+which will make it Group A-3?

Two exits

How many sq ft??

And what occupant load factor are you using?

All doors serving the assembly space to have panic hardware, and it may affect the plumbing fixture calculation.
Thanks. It's an open space, so we have 2 entry doors and one exit door. Entry doors are glass (storefront) doors, Can't put panic hardware. Plumbing fixture calculations ask for less than what's required in Group B.
