Fixture venting

I'm looking at the venting requirements for my tub, toilet, and bathroom sink. This is on a concrete slab and has a main vent at the end of the main sewer line. All of the fixtures are about 3 feet from the main sewer line. The fixtures are about 12 to 8 feet from the vent stack but it's going to be difficult to tie into the vent stack. Do I need to add an air admittance valve to each fixture? If so how in the world could I add one to the toilet? Thank you.

I am remodeling an existing structure.

I am not an expert in plumbing, but I've seen the term "wet venting" used in similar situations for toilets/showers, but you would need an experienced plumber to tell you if that's practical for your situation. I'm in CA so AAV's are a no go, but I understand they can be ok under a sink if a high-quality one is installed correctly.

Do you know what code and year edition your under?
Does your area require a permit?

A drawing would help but generally speaking based off of the 2015 IRC/IPC. A toilet does not require an AAV. The sink & tub fixtures may use an AAV.

AAVs do have a life span; eventually they need to be replaced, or so I've read.

If there is a 3" horizontal drain pipe from toilet to vent they can be up to 12' apart with a 1/8" per foot slope per IRC
