Floor-mounted sink against outer walk-in cooler wall?

My contractor has a question. In a small bar kitchen, there's a flloor-mounted mop sink in a corner. One wall will have FRP but the other wall it will abut is the outer wall of a walk-in cooler. This is the kind of walk-in with an outer panel that looks like black FRP but I'm not sure if that's what it is. It looks similar to the plastic material used in consumer refrigerators. It certainly looks like a scrubbable surface, and I can't imagine attaching FRP to it? Do we really have to line the outside of our walk-in, that already has a hard plastic shell, with more plastic?

As long as it can be washed, it would meet the requirement but the color black might be a stumbling block. It is hard to see dirt and grime on a black surface, but hey if the Health dept. has approved the walk-in cooler, color shouldn't matter. Besides that, I don't know anything about this stuff.

Missed the black....One of my HD's has had issue with that....If just the color is the concern, offer up epoxy or industrial enamel paint

Thanks everybody, will have to wait to hear back from the inspector. I was hoping someone had seen something similar - I forgot that the dark color might be an issue.

Walls and ceilings of food preparation areas, restrooms, janitorial areas, warewashing areas, and interior surfaces of walk-in refrigeration units are recommended to be light colored. CRFC - 114271
