what are the electrical code compliance areas I need to keep in mind while building an outdoor kitchen in florida.
There's a lot to consider. The electrical code as it applies to outdoor kitchens starts with the source and over-current protection of a feeder....then there's the feeder....now you have a wiring method... then you get to the end of the feeder and there's a kitchen. How extensive is the kitchen? If it's simple enough, a branch circuit might suffice.

There's also lighting circuits to consider, and possibly General Use
Receptacles outdoors........Either in a Damp Environment or a Wet
Environment........Will the Outdoor Kitchen be fully covered, or
possibly with some type of pergola \ open air structure.

Need more information.
