Florida's Building Code Principle and Practice Exam

You’ll get an email from DBPR after your board review, in the email it will give you the information on covered material and amount of question per section for the exam i.e. state statutes and such. It usually takes a few weeks to get the email

Here is a link to some info. If you’re planning on working for a municipality, they will (usually) have a set for you to use. You can buy a set from BOAF but it’s a pretty penny and you can’t take the test until BCAIB approves your application.
