Function classification of F2 Brewery and H3 distillery

For the purpose of determining occupant load, what is the function of these uses regarding Table 1004.1.2? Industrial areas? Thanks
 
I don't think so. Using 100 SF gross,the F2 would be about 31 occupants and the H3 would be 4. I don't believe egress will be an issue. Thanks.
 
Normally I do not get to precise, till code requirements possibly come into play
