There are more than 602.10 violations here. Can you see them?

Well...you can't even say they tried!

I guess the one bolt they have splitting the front and side plate justifies an achor within 12" of the end of the plate...kill two birds with one stone!!! And it is in the center of the plate........does the code specify that it can't be in a splice?
