Only one fatality so far, thats surprising. Happened at 2 am ... wonder if there had been any odd sounds in the days leading up to the collapse.

Did not think the collapse was that much!!!

Hopefully there will be a good investigation report

It looks like it started from near the top down so that would probably rule out the sink whole theory that is going around. This is a 2017 image

Not sure how only one fatality. Recent reports say 51 unaccounted for. Based on the video and scope of the disaster I suspect the death toll will be considerably higher. Hard to wrap my head around this tragedy.
