has anyone experienced this, and does it mean the gfci is faulty, or just needs time for the "brain" to reset. on inspection, i trip the gfci, then when i go to reset it, it makes a little buzzing noise , the indicator light flashes and it doesn't want to immediately reset, however, if i wait about one minute, it will reset fine. my question is , does this specific occurance/condition constitute a defective gfci that needs to be replaced, or is something happening in manufacture that has somehow slowed the reset time ? thanks in advance for any input
