2012 IBC Section 2406.4.3

Clarification: You have to meet ALL the requirements not just one or two for it to be considered hazardous, correct?

And the word EDGE is a pane of glass with no frame around it to be considered hazardous, correct? Like a shower door

Need reassuring that this is the intention of the section.
 
In 2406.4.3, yes all 4 conditions must be met to consider hazardous. And yes, the exposed area, to the frame.

Not within the context of 2406.4.3...

So...if the shower door has a 1" chrome wrap around the glass panes edge, that is considered the doors edge? yes?
