Glazing in Athletic Facilities

First time inspecting a gym. Looks like they have regular glass for the mirrors in large weight room. Lots of it! Did anyone else have to deal with this? I told them that the glass had to be according to IBC 2408.3. Can someone tell me what to look for? Mirrors not on plans. Do the mirrors need to be designed by a design professional because there are no frames as IBC 2403.2?

Mirrors mounted to the wall are not subject to the provisions of 2408.3

Now I see sec. 2408.1 under glazing in athletic facilties is just for glass walls and doors.
