Going to Charlotte?

I'll look at the hearing schedule and traipse down if I am able; can't get to the other events (business meeting, etc). Our city has a "green" technical advisory group (which is proposing methods and means beyond the IECC requirements which are beyond the requirements of IRC chapter 11). I'd like to hear some of the IECC testimony.

I get to go to Charlotte. Thanks to the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance [NEEA], and the ICC. ICC is waiving the registration fee for four of us from Idaho who are new Energy Code Ambassadors. NEEA thinks we need to participate at the national level and take an active role in code development hearings. NEEA has no agenda for us. They want us to have a voice. A very generous offer. This will be my first code hearings attendance. One of our delegation was actually in Minnesota. Four jurisdictions in Idaho will be participating. I'm staying to the bitter end to get the full experience!
