Hi Folks,One the building officials in our circle posted a picture of this panel and asked for help identifying all of the code violations. I thought you all might be able to help him.

Why are there 2 separate sets of metering equipment installed ?

The servise wire needs a raceway or pull box before the meter panel on the center, and the meter panel on the left shall tap from raceway or pull box.

The extension lug adding on center panel supply side shall not be tap.

There are 2 meter sections because the installer is a bit lost. The center section is a 200A meter can. The right section is a 100A can is for an AG pump and the left can is a 100A service for a commercial building. Its being fed with 3/0 THHN cu. The inspector wrote it up and didnt give him a tag, however the project is "sensitive". I see at least 5 violations off hand.
