Green/Energy Savings at work

Has anyone identified energy savings opportunities at their work place? I'm just getting started and have realized that we have many savings opportunities. Our unoccupied savings are the most cost effective so far. They include: large bathroom exhaust fans running continuously ($1800 saved by installing $300 occupant sensor), heating systems not being turned down during unoccupied periods ($1000 per year for every extra hour), lights being left on, computers not shut down, heating systems not turned down during holidays, individual space heaters, server rooms running too cool with no cold aisle containment...

I also found many saving with our water system. The old, spent motors are rebuilt to save money. Buying new efficient motors would save money if you consider operating cost, not just the first time expense. The payback is generally about 8 years so this could be a tougher sell.

What energy savings measures have you found?
