Are Hand Sinks required by the I-Codes, to be installed in Food Serving
business ?........If so, please provide the applicable Code Section.

I am using the `15 I-Codes.

Thanks !

The Health Dept. in this one state, is saying that they do
not have jurisdiction over churches or government facilities,
so No, ...not required [ according to the State Health Dept.
representative ].

I agree that Hand Sinks are a very good idea & "should be"
required in ALL places where food is served to the public.

Thank you for your input !

It is an existing, small Military PX, ...something akin
to a Convenience Store without gas pumps.

If the Health Dept has no jurisdiction over this, I would bet the US Govt has its own set of code requirements governing the construction of foodservice facilities on military bases.
