See video of the facility at link below, then click on "Training Center". 1&2 day "Hands On" fire protection seminars including fires with sprinkler activation, covering topics such as Sprinkler Systems, Fire Pumps, Fire Detection, Warehouse Fire Protection, NFPA 25, Standpipe Systems and Sprinkler Plan Review.

Learn how to conduct a fire pump test by actually flowing a diesel and electric fire pump, trip and reset a dry, deluge, and preaction valves, flow a fire hydrant and take pitot readings and graph the test results. We do not read the code to you, but explain how things work, and then demonstrate by hands on learning.

Located in Warren, NJ, 07059, Exit 33 off Interstate 78, 45 min from NYC, at the Chubb Insurance Company Training Center. Chubb has been training NJ Fire Inspectors and NJ Fire Departments for 20 years. NOW APPROVED for CEU for NJ, PA, NY and CT Building & Fire Officials. Also a AIA/CES Approved Provider.

To all members! This is a fine training facility. Having spent some time there last year I would recommend it to anyone interested. I am sure Jeff will agree, because we visited the site together. I may try to be in one of the classes myself next year.
