Happy Holidays from ICC

typical pc lets-try-to-please-everyone card.

no references anywhere acknowledging the true meaning of this "holiday".

RJJ: Such as? I could send a reply pointing out the violations and ask under what code the house was designed.

Well! I didn't get one! So Mech I will have to use the one posted.

1. The bed room window does not appear to meet egress.???

2. The chimney appears to be unfinished and no flue!???

3. Air the windows meeting the energy code???

4. Are we to jump off the porch? as state above the grade may be to off!???

Just an old pickey inspector.

They also need to review the Wildland Urban Interface Code, trees are too close to the house.

LOL! Thanks Brudgers and RJJ. I'm not familiar with the residential code.

According to the NPC (North Pole Code), Santa will not be visiting this house. The roof does not appear long enough to accomodate all the reindeer and sleigh, and the upper roof is too steep; there's a good chance Santa will slip and fall.

No address, "I think this house was built without a permit!"

Wonder if it has a sprinkler system?
