Must accessible hardware and force to operate apply at serving counters with manually operated coiling doors?
Is this seen as only a Title I accommodation issue?

Why only T1?

Employment Title I
State and Local Government Facilities Title II
Public Accommodations Title III

Could be a reasonable accommodation?
Reasonable accommodation is assistance or changes to a position or workplace that will enable an employee to do his or her job despite having a disability. Under the ADA, employers are required to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified employees with disabilities, unless doing so would pose an undue hardship.

I know they must provide "reasonable" accommodations.
However is it initially required to make coiling counter doors accessible or is back of house exempt?
