Not sure if it was 120 or 277. Nothing noted by OSHA.

At 2:30 p.m. on July 7, 2022, an employee was installing a lighting fixture. The employee grabbed wiring that was hot. The employee suffered internal and extern al burns from electric shock. The employee was killed due to electrocution.
