Guys, I'm looking at an apartment building in downtown SF which recently had a fire, mostly interior, and need to be repaired. Looking through the SF Fire Code, it seems like there are a bunch of requirements for existing R-2 occupancy (2022 CFC 1113.) Does anyone have experience working on similar project who could share your experience. I'm trying to figure out what code upgrade would be triggered by the repair scope.
