I was wondering that IS there a insurance company which can offer home mortgage insurance so that you property will be safe from the auction or foreclosures.

By covering your mortgage loan with insurance will make sure that yo u repay the whole amount of mortgage loan in time.

Mortgage insurance that pays the bank or investors in the case of default and deficiency after the forclosure sale is common (FHA PMI).

Insurance that pays the mortgage in the event of death or disability or unemployment not through misconduct is also commonly offered but separate term life or group disability insurance through work is likely a better deal.

There is no insurance that will pay your mortgage and let you stay in your home just because you dont pay the mortgage because overextended--too much moral hazard there.

I'm sure that if one could find that sort of insurance, people would stop paying the premiums before they stopped paying your mortgage.

I am looking for a mortgage place in Franklin but I don’t know anyone so don’t know what kind of things I should take care of before renting a place in Franklin. Do you have any good people contact who deals in mortgages in cheap rates but it will be good if the neighborhood is beautiful.
