Switching device too close to the tub, receptacle too close to the tub, No in use cover, is the window frame bonded? is the glass tempered? strapping is questionable.

Add to this- the light fixture-and the possible length of the carflex. 6' max. Is there equipotential bonding for the tub?

Maybe you don't see a lot of metal frame windows where you are but they need to be bonded within 5'
