In IFC, I'm trying to understand whether or not I need a hydrogen detection system in a room with a UPS. By reading the IFC code, any "battery room" requires H2 detection if constant exhaust is not applied to the room. However doesn't this depend on the size of the battery or UPS inside the room? It makes no sense to install a H2 detection system for only a single 20kW UPS.
